Slow Cooked BBQ Ribs

Ingredients

dry rub:

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 4 lbs baby back ribs, membrane removed (thin layer under the ribs)
  • about 1 cup bbq sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a sheet tray with foil and place a wire rack inside. Combine the dry rub ingredients in a small bowl. Stir together.
  • Sprinkle the rub all both sides of the ribs and rub in. Place on top of the wire rack on the sheet tray and into the oven for 2 hours. You want them tender and almost falling off the bone.
  • Brush each rack with bbq sauce and place back in the oven on broil until browned or onto a preheated grill for 5-7 mins until charred in spots. Transfer to a cutting board and cut ribs. Enjoy!
