To (4) 32oz mason jars, add 1/4 cup of the dressing to each and then add the cucumber, bell pepper, snap peas, carrots, red cabbage, chicken, orange segments, romaine, cilantro, scallions and cashews to the mason jars in that order, putting an even amount of each ingredient in each jar. Place the lid on top and place into the fridge for 4-5 days.
