Maple Dijon Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together dijon, olive oil, 1 tablespoon maple syrup and until well combined.
  • Place the halved brussels sprouts on the sheet tray and toss with the dijon sauce until the sprouts are thoroughly coated with the sauce, placing the cut side down.
  • Roast for 30 minutes, flipping the brussels sprouts halfway. The sprouts should be golden brown and crisp on the edges.
  • Remove from the oven, toss with the remaining tablespoons of maple syrup and enjoy!
