Dairy Free Pesto
Makes 8oz
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 4 cups fresh basil
- 1 large clove garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2-4 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon celtic sea salt
Instructions
- DirectionsIn a food processor, pulse the pine nuts until finely ground. Then add the basil, garlic, nutritional yeast and salt. Pulse until a paste forms. Then with the food processor running, slowly add the olive oil. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Store in the fridge for a week or freeze up to 3 months!
