This chocolate cashew bark is so quick to put together, full of healthy fats and will cure that sweet craving!
Chocolate Cashew Bark
Recipe Description:
Ingredients
- 2 cups raw unsalted cashews
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips, (I use sugar free lily's)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- sea salt
Instructions
- DirectionsAdd the cashews to a sheet tray and place into a 375F oven for about 7 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
- Add the chocolate and the coconut oil to a medium glass bowl and microwave for 45 seconds. Stir until all chocolate chips are melted.
- Add the cooled roasted cashews to the chocolate and mix until cashews are covered in chocolate. Transfer cashews to a parchment paper lined sheet tray, sprinkle with sea salt and place into the freezer for at least 20 minutes. Break into pieces and enjoy!
- Store in an airtight container, in the freezer for up to 3 months!
