Cashew Chocolate Chip Fudge Bites
Recipe Description: Makes about 16 fudge bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup cashew butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, softened
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips, plus more for on top
Instructions
- DirectionsWhisk everything together in a bowl. Scoop into mini silicone molds or pour into an 8×8 brownie pan lined with parchment paper. Top with more chocolate chips and into the freezer for 30 mins. Pop out the mini fudge bites or cut into small squares. They melt quickly, so keep frozen or enjoy right away!
