5 Ingredient Homemade Hummus

Ingredients
- 1- 15.5oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup smooth tahini
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 tablespoons water, or as needed
garnish: olive oil, sumac, flakey sea salt
Instructions
- DirectionsAdd all the ingredients to a food processor, and blend on high. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water to keep the mixture moving and to get your desired consistency. Serve with veggies, pita or inside a wrap. Keeps in the fridge for 7-10 days!
