This peach salad screams summer! Made with white and orange peaches, heirloom tomatoes, red onion, avocado, basil and fresh lime!
Ingredients
- 1 large heirloom tomato diced
- 2 ripe white peaches diced
- 2 ripe orange peaches diced
- 1 ripe avocado diced
- 1/2 red onion minced
- 8 basil leaves chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 lime juices
Instructions
- Gentley toss everything together, taste to adjust seasoning and enjoy!
