If you don’t know what a Dutch Baby is, it’s basically an elevated pancake that will impress anyone you make it for. Just mix all the ingredients together, pop into a hot cast iron skillet, and let the oven do its magic. Top with maple syrup, fresh fruit, and powdered sugar, and breakfast is on the table. For this recipe, I used Bored Cow. It’s a new kind of milk alternative made from fermentation instead of cows. It has all the nutrition and functionality of dairy milk, with none of the animal cruelty, and a fraction of the environmental footprint. Bored Cow looks, feels, tastes, cooks, bakes, froths, and steams just like conventional dairy. It genius! Plus it tastes so good in this recipe!
